The owner was very welcoming and went out of his way to help us. He spoke excellent English. He carried our bags upstairs. He was very helpful in advising us where we could eat. The breakfast was delicious. The situation of the hotel was excellent for visiting the town of Vichy. Free parking nearby. Beds were very comfortable.

Super friendly staff, very helpful. The hotel exceeded expectations and was well located 5 minutes from Vichy centre with free parking a short walk away. Quirky, retro interior design and the general manager (owner) couldn`t do enough for us. Would recommend!

Superb hotel, comfortable bed, large bathroom, great attention to detail. Charming staff, very welcoming. Free parking nearby. Also they allowed my dog to stay with no supplementary fee. Good breakfast, excellent bread.

Excellent location; quick, easy check-in; nice, lovingly decorated rooms; friendly staff; very tasty fresh croissants for breakfast. Great for an overnight stay in Vichy. Keep in mind that you'll have to find a parking spot yourself, there are none at the hotel - it proved quite easy for us, though, and it's not too expensive.
